Ingredients: Parsley, carrots, red peppers, yellow peppers, cauliflower, fennel, white onion, celery, Madrocas curry, white wine vinegar, water, sugar, Cervia salt, extra virgin olive oil and sunflower seed oil.
Pairings: Try with boiled beef, hard-boiled eggs and anchovies, with boiled potatoes, flowery rind cheeses, robiolas or fresh goat's cheese.
