2. REPRESENTATIVE OF THE DATA CONTROLLER

There is no provision for the figure of the Data Controller Representative within this Organization as it is not necessary pursuant to the Regulation itself.

There is no figure of the Data Protection Officer within this Organization (also called Data Protection Officer - DPO) as it is not necessary pursuant to the Regulation itself

 

4. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

The purposes of processing personal data are different but share the desire to satisfy your needs and will be implemented only after your free consent.

VAT 02641780347 providing the hosting service. NETGLOO DI MANFREDI GIANLUCA has been appointed by the Organization as  Responsible for the treatment (pursuant to art.28 of the Regulation (EU) 679/2016) as hosting which guarantees the application of all the security measures referred to in art . 32 of the Regulation necessary for data protection

 

8. TRANSFER OF DATA TO A THIRD COUNTRY

The personal data processed will be transferred to the company Cloudflare Inc, based in Dallas, Texas. This company is guaranteed by the Privacy Shield agreement which involves the processing of personal data in compliance with EU Regulation n.2016 / 679.

 

9. STORAGE PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data are not stored beyond the time necessary to achieve the specific data processing purposes described here, unless there are longer or shorter retention periods pursuant to applicable laws.
